I am wanting to wrap words around a circle spline. I have created a text object and put a circle spline in the scene. I have tried to used the align to sline tag, but it just sticks the words to the spline in a line.

    What am i doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for any help.

The align tag doesn’t deform — just aligns.

If you have MoGraph you can use the spline wrap object which does exactly what you want.

If not, in this case you could use the bend or wrap deformers (but only works for certain kind of deformations).

In either case you’ll want to set the extruded texts’ caps to “quads” and “regular grid” so they’ll bend properly.
