    Go to your user directory (e.g. on windows Documents and Settings/TonyTony/Appliccation Data/Adobe/After Effects/7.0) and copy the XML files.

    For those of us on a Mac 😉 the path is

    users/*/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/7.0/ModifiedWorkspaces

    Update:
    Copy over not just the ModifiedWorkspaces folder but also the OrginalWorkspaces and The Workspaces.xml file
