  Workspace problem with overlay

  Im running avid xpress pro on an inspiron xps2 laptop, everything is smooth as can be EXCEPT:
  I’m running the video channel through video overlay to a monitor and Avid wants to spread the workspace out over two screens.

  The video card (Nvidia Go 6800 ultra) is set to dualview mode wich works fine with other progs such as After Effects, which only outputs the workspace to my computer and relays the ram renders and such to the monitor. Video overlay works fine in Avid too but it’s a pain in the *ss to have to resize the avid windows every time i start the prog or switch between color correction and editing modes. Ive tried saivng workspaces and such but it doesn’t help???
