Working with surveillance footage
I occasionally work with the local police department. They will bring in surveillance footage in order for me to get stills out of. I have been using photoshop to enhance the images. I will increase the image size and resolution a bit to get the best I can out of it. I realize there is only so much you can do with low res. video. But does anyone know of a better method of software to use to clean up the images?
