working with M2V
As part of my work for a media company I am tasked with tearing apart and re-authoring DVD’s for which we own all rights. Sometimes, as part of the re-authoring process, I am required to re-edit shows to remove certain materials. As we do not normally have the original footage to work with I end up with M2V’s and WAV’s on my timeline in Premiere Pro 1.5. Of course PP doesn’t like M2V’s and crashes all of the time. Does anyone know a workaround or plugin to keep me from pulling out what little hair I have left?

I have no experience using this Premiere plugin but according to its website it will allow you to perform MPEG editing.
