Working with layers
Hello all, I have put three still image layers in my composition that I’ve added keyframes to controlling their position (having them fly in the screen) and opacity (having them fade out of view after a second or so on the screen). My question is as follows: Is there any way that I could copy/paste these effects to other layers or do I have to do them manually for every layer I add? Thanks. JRF

Hey,
Do this:
1. Select a layer whose keyframes you want to copy
2. Hit the ‘u’ key to expose the keyframes
3. shift-drag-select the keyframes
4. Hit ctrl-c to copy the keyframes
5. Add a new picture to your composition
6. With the new picture layer selected, hit ctrl-v to paste the keyframes you copied from step 4.
7. Verify that it worked by hitting ‘u’ to expose the keyframes of the new layer.Take care,

Vitaminman had most of the steps correct, but here are a couple of other things:
1. To select all the keyframes for a property, click on the name of the property. To select all the Opacity keyframes, click on the word OPACITY.
2. You can copy all the selected keyframes by pressing command (mac) / control (win) – C.
3. Make sure the current time indicator is parked on the frame where you want the first keyframe to be pasted. Select the correct layer and press command/control – V to paste.

Hi there…
How can it be made with expressions? I mean, make the keyframing in one null object and then make the layers reference to it.
