  Working with Groups?

  Basically I have lots and lots of image sequences that I want to work with in an animated timeline. 001. 002. 003. 004. 005. Etc.

  I want to be able to import them into timeline and work with them independently as “one item” instead of 153. I would like to change their duration as a single function, apply filters and masks as a single render, play with their position (x,y) in the canvas as “one item”,

  BUT I ALSO NEED,

  To be able to get into the time line and still edit an image as an individual frame.

  Is there a way to work with items in AE in this way?
