    I’m working with 4K CRM files. I was watching the footage and pulling selects for a day with no problem. But today as I am pulling selects, the video just freezes up but I can still hear the audio. And sometimes when the video is playing the audio drops out and comes back. The drive the footage is on is a G Drive 7200 RPM with Thunderbolt 3. If I restart Premiere the video will play for a little while and then freeze again. I can go to another clip and that clip will play okay for a bit. And I can go back to the other clip and it will play for a bit. Anyone have this issue?

    MacBook Pro- Mac OS ver. 10.13.6
    Processor 2.9GHz-Intel Core i9
    32GB memory
    Adobe Premiere CC
