Hey guys, I’m trying to figure something out and I need some help here. I’m working with some .3DS models to build a scene with a laptop, a IPad mini and an iPhone in Invig Pro. I’m found all of the models I need on the web, but they are all built to different scales and come into Invig Pro in different sizes. One of the models is pretty big, but the other two are very small. I’ve placed each of the different models in their own sets, and I know I can scale the set, but when I try to apply layer maps to the smaller ones I can’t get the maps to scale to fit the model. It just applies a very small portion of the layer map to the entire surface. I’m trying to map pre-comped video tracks from After Effects into each of the models’ screens. I’ve tried adjusting the different material mapping options in the Materials Dock, but it’s still not working. Is there some other way of mapping my texture to achieve this? Or is there maybe a way to rescale the .3DS model and re-save as a larger model?

    Thanks,
    Cliff Wallace

    Hi Cliff.

You can rescale the .3DS files when importing them into the Invigorator.
Look for a Scale percentage in the Import dialog.

As for the material issue, perhaps you can send us a sample project
with a texture or two and a screenshot so that we can see what you’re
    trying to do.
