Working on 2 Avid MC 6 systems
I have a project that I would like to render efx, transcode, export a sequence from on one system, and continue to edit in that same project, but another sequence on another system. Will it mess up either project or sequence, and will the avid allow me to do that?

Yes, Avid is well built for sharing/moving projects across various systems. As long as you transfer the project folder and the Avid Mediafiles folder that the footage (and presumably renders) resides in it will work very smoothly and you’ll be up and running in no time.
