working cross platform
Posted by Joseph Ahn on June 11, 2008 at 8:29 pmis it possible to bring AE files created on a Mac to a pc? or vice versa? i tried and didn’t work, but just wanted to know if there is a way to work around it.
any thoughts will help.

i meant the AE project file. can you tell me what those 3-4 ways of opening an Mac AE project file on a pc? -

June 11, 2008 at 9:31 pmhmm…that sounds to me that AE is perfectly compatible between a mac and a pc which in my case was not. let me go home and try opening it one more time and will check the version again.

June 11, 2008 at 11:30 pmAdobe made extra sure that mac7 and pc 7 after effects would be fully compatible. Just make sure that your CD-R is. iso-9660 works for both pc and mac drives.
