workflow with dvx100a shot in 24p with adobe premiere pro 1.5
Hello. I have footage captured via premiere pro as 24p and want to use after effects 6.5 to manipulate a few clips.
now after i’m done in after effects and export the footage to import into premiere, do i export as 23.973 or ntsc?

I am assuming your going to want to keep it 24p. So yes export 23.97
