Workflow suggestion for 24frames to 25 frame edl for then Scanning in2K
Hello friends
Would love to have a solution to the problem I am facing in setting my workflow,
We have a FCP, Multibridge Extreme and Huge arrays ,
We have create a project for film on blackmagic pal 8bit with the setting of 24fps all setting of timeline, capture preset, device control are on 24fps. We have captured material which is also on 24fps
now my timeline setting is on 24fps as per my setting. After editing this timeline I want a 25 frame edl without changing my timecode of footage or timeline for film scanning. How do I get the edl, what kind of setting has to be done or is there any other way to get the edl.I have tried making the the project on DvPal 24@25 and copied my timeline to its timeline with the setting of the timeline on 25fps. After taking out the edl I tried matching the timecode of both the timeline but it doesn

I don’t think there’s a way to add a frame per second, then expect the TC to remain the same… it doesn’t compute…
Why do you need a 25 fps edl? film is usually 24fps..?
