workflow question after using soundtrack for location sound
I just finished a small shoot that used multiple cameras and four lavalier mics. I was inside, so I simply brought my laptop, used my home audio capture interface, and used soundtrack as the capture medium. now I have three camera angles and a multi-track soundtrack file. The shoot was a series of two person scenes.
Now I wonder, what’s the best way to proceed into final cut? Two Ideas I had were this:
Make each mic track a separate audio file, marry it to a camera angle, and then multiclip that?
Make the two mic tracks from the two actors into one stereo audio file, and marry that to all three angles of the scene, and then multiclip that?
Any advice from professionals or experts of any feather would be much appreciated.
