    Hello !

For a new “movie”, I have more than 230 video-files (rush) and it’s very hard for me to use them all without using one twice.
I put them in folders but I don’t take them in chronological nor alphabetical order.
I create a text file where I write tho one I use but it’s not gonna working.

I was planning to create an excel file with all files and put color on the one I already used.

And you, how do you do ?

    Thank you very much.

    Setup :
    VP14-Win10-I7 4770-16Gb ram-SSD
    21:9 3440*1440 Monitor

You can already determine in Project Media window how many times you’ve used a file or not. It’s in the COUNT column.

There are many searches that you can use, and, for example you can search for COUNT of ZERO and have that saved as a NEW bin!

You can do all this within VEGAS. You don’t need/require EXCEL.

I have check but it’s not working like I wish.

Sometimes, I put a file in timeline and delete it to keep it for later, than it’s on ‘project media’ but not used.

    Maybe I do wrong.

I ‘d like to have in ‘project medias’ only files that (really) stay in timeline.

    Setup :
    VP14-Win10-I7 4770-16Gb ram-SSD
    21:9 3440*1440 Monitor
