  Workflow for the Focus FS-100

  Does anyone know of a good workflow to extract files from the FS-100 into Premiere Pro CS3?

  I have managed to extract the CONTENTS folder(MXF files) from the drive but when it comes to importing them into PP I only get the video files and only ecstatic for audio files.

  These are NTSC widescreen (.9) 48K files recorded from the AG-HVX200. I can see the audio wave in the audio track in PP, so I know there’s dialog in them, but why I only hear ecstatic is beyond me.
