  workflow between AVID and AE

  Hi,

  I’m working on a 5 minute promo shot on green screen.
  Post is a combo of AVID, cinema 4D and AE.
  Would love some advice on what codec would interface between them all – if any?
  Renders keep crashing.
  Was shot SD PAL digi beta.
  There must be a way??
