Workflow advice – Can BM do this?
I’m working on a project that’s using a bunch of 720p24 origination footage, but incorporating a bunch of existing 525i material.
The 720p24 footage was all captured using firewire, and is working as expected.
Will the BM card satisfactorily import 525i, scale it to fill a 720p raster, drive a widescreen SD monitor, and be invisible to the lead editor?
We’re using FC 5.1.4 on a new intel mac, fairly well-powered ( I’m not in front of it at the moment).

If I have an Extreme and I need to take in 525i to edit into a 720p24 timeline, how would you recommend I go about it?
