work with NDI/SHQ2 codec (.mov)
I want to work with .mov files produced by NDI 5 (SHQ2 codec), in either of these tools:
* Media Composer 2020
* Da Vinci Resolve 17
* TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 7
This document (https://www.amitrace.com/wp-content/uploads/NewTek-NDI-Recording-Formats-3.pdf) suggests that MC could handle such files, but when I try importing (linking doesn’t work), I get only green video…So far, I can only playback these NDI files with VLC (and the VLC H264 built-in converter isn’t great)
Suggestions ?

what format are you trying to use. (framerate/raster size etc)
Never used the format, but it does say to use their conversion tool for anything that doesn’t work. Obviously not every combination is working with every NLE.
Perhaps post a file if you can.

This eventually worked for me, allowing conversion using TMPGEnc to (MP4 or other):
