  Work area render comes distorted.

  Hello,
  I am working on Premiere CS4 and when I render the work area the work comes out distorted -the video appears like it is squeezed down to the bottom third of the frame.
  If I export it to quicktime the file comes out well.

  Any suggestions to fix this problem so I could view my render properly before I export it ?
