Is there a simple wordpress plug-in to design a form and then send the results via email? Something like FormStack but without the price tag. WYSIWYG type for easy design. I would appreciate your input.

this one is good for that:

it’s not the most friendly interface but you can do just about whatever you want (including the basic part of sending an email)
i’ve used it on a site for a while now and been happy with it!
