    You might have to render your footage as a sequence of stills, then apply a batch action in Photoshop.

    Now … I hope you don’t expect to get curved lines around spherical objects, faces and such. No software can know the curvature of a 2D image in 3D space. But you knew that. 🙂 If you really want it though, you’d have to create the object in a 3D app such as Cinema 4D then use its Sketch and Toon module to do the woodcut effects.
