Won’t go to timecode during cature
SV will read the timecode when i preview but when i do advanced capture it says it can not find the timecode on the tape so i have to reopen the capture window to capture from where i already have the tape cued off….is there a botton i can push that resembles “capture now” in final cut? Now I just get an option to cature from where the tape is cued whenever the capture window first opens up but I can’t go back to that window for my individual clips….

Is the time code continuous from the beginning to the end of the tape?
By that, I mean it didn’t reset to 00:00:00:00 more than once, did it?
When using the Advanced Capture feature, you either have a batch list already done where you’ve specified several start and stop points or gone through the tape and hit Mark In/Mark Out at all the desired edit points as you’re watching it.
Either way, a Batch List has to be saved for further use.
