WMV with compressor
I can’t seem to find any reference to encode settings for WMV’s in compressor 3. I just bought Flip For Mac Studio Pro but don’t see how I can export a .mov with compressor. Any help?

I’m not sure what you’re asking. Compressor exports .mov natively.
Are you trying to use .wmv as a source or are you trying to export .wmv?
To export you use Quicktime Components and then select Windows Media.
