What’s the most effective way to transmit wireless time code from a camera to a portable audio recorder (744T)?

Any good news letters regarding production sound you guys are aware of?

Hey Dan, You should do a search of Wexler’s site jwsound.net or the RAMPS group for your answer. Lots of pros there. Although this doesn’t answer your question directly, my approach is to use a lockit box on the camera that is jammed to my 744T.

Hi Dan and welcome to the Cow Audio Forum.

Try sending it to a wireless xmitter and linking to a receiver at the 744T. You don’t need to pull the level down to keep out of the way of an adjacent audio track, but I’d try the feed at maybe -10dB.

The real question is, why bother? Why not send reference audio to the camera and use Pluraleyes to sync the two in post?

    Regards,
