Wireless Mic Mounts
Does anyone out there have any comfortable solutions to shooting with my DSLR and using a wireless microphone. I don’t have a portabrace to lay it in and I don’t have any type of hot shoe mount system. And I’ve tried google and yahoo search, but not really finding anything that looks like it will last or really be comfortable. I use my DSLR for sports videography. I do have a multi-shou mount that holds my shotgun mic and LED, but that is it. I just need some type of contraption to hold my Sony WRT-805 UHF wireless mic receiver, which is pretty bulky. Brainfreeze is on so I appreciate any suggestions and tips. Thanks

I created a rig to hold my Wireless mic utilizing parts from a company called Bracket1
Here’s a brief video I put together showing how it all fits together….works pretty well for me but it’s not a shoulder mount solution – works best on a tripod or possibly hand held.
