    Getting ready to order from the Sennheiser G2 100 Series to add to my EFP video kit.

    I see there are an assortment of freqs available –
    518 – 554
    626 – 662
    740 – 776
    786 – 822
    830 – 866

    Is there a right and wrong answer here? How do I know if there is?

    I vaguely remember Sennheiser having a list on their site regarding best frequencies to use in a given area. I believe it’s related to broadcast frequency allocation.

    You need to check the frequencies of the tv and radio stations in the areas you plan to work in with the wireless units.

    Ask the vendor you are purchasing the units from if they can provide you with a frequency coordination to discover what problem frequencies exist in your area.
