    hi i want to produce an effect that that uses a graphic image to wipe from one scene to another for example using this effect to go from an instant replay back to a live game if any one could guide me through this process i would appreciate it

    1. Create the image and drag it into your composition. Make it as tall as (or taller than) your final movie.
    2. Make sure (by adjusting its scale) it touches the top and bottom of the screen at the same time.
    3. Animate the logo’s position property across the screen using keyframes.
    4. Render the movie with an alpha channel (composition>make movie) to the Quicktime Animation codec. To make sure it has an alpha channel, make sure the Output Module is rendering to millions+ and RGB+alpha. Check with your editor to find out exactly what format he/she wants.
    5. The editor will then drop this graphic into the show to cover the edge of a regular wipe. He/she may need to tilt the edge of the wipe, depending on the design of the logo.

    That’s one way.

    hi actually i should have been more specific i want to be able to craete the wipe as well
