I am having issues downloading windows media 9. I am getting that the “.cue” file is missing. I am running Tiger. Have you heard of any issues with windows media player 9 and Tiger. If so, what do I do? This makes my job very difficult to do because I use Cleaner and do webcasting.

    Thank you,
    Derek

Tiger and cleaner do not go together, cleaner generally crashes when dealing with Quicktime 7. (you can I believe ‘go back’ to QT 6 in a fashion but it’s a hack not a fix).

cleaner is also regarded as hopeless for Windows Media jobs as it’s completely out of date and will almost certainly not recieve and future upgrades. (Discreet, erm, or rather, Autodesk Media and Entertainment division, please, please prove me wrong!)

Bite the bullet and stump up the cash for Compression Master from Popwire https://www.popwire.com/ – which can eat cleaner for breakfast.
    Or Flip4Mac – https://www.flip4mac.com/

Not sure what problems you are having downloading WM9 – I’ve just done it without a hitch.
