Windows Media Files
I captured footage on a widows computer and it was output to a windows AVI file and i wanted to inport it into final cut HD and it won’t. Is there any way to do this?

What codec was used to make the AVI?
Try using mpegstreamclip from Squared 5 (free download)… if it is in a codec the mac still can’t read, you may need to use a PC to convert it to something that can be read by the Mac.
