windows layout customising

I had set my own shortcuts for a dual screen editing – command+control+u
FCP7 had to be reset to the default settings and I lost this setting.
As I am familiar with this shortcut I’d like to set it again but can’t remember how….can anyone help?
I’ve looked at the manual and using the Windows menu in FCP7 has something else for dual screen editing, but I’d like to use what I am familiar with.

If you have lost your settings then just reset the windows into the arrangement that you are used to.
Once you are happy with the layout go to “Window” drop down, select “Arrange” and save window layout.
Your custom setting will then appear in the drop down list.best wishes

Thanks for that.. I did that but the default for the new dual layout is shift + Option + 7
I used to have it as as command+control+U – How do I get this back? I am so used to command+control+U
