  Windows 10 freezing during AE CC 2015 extraction in CC App, all other programs (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) install fine.

  Hello all,

  Im new to the forums here. Im searching out some help with this problem before the new semester starts. Im trying to reinstall After Effects CC 2015/2014 and my PC is freezing during the extraction that is run through the Adobe CC App. Im not sure if this is a graphics driver problem or something else with windows 10. All other programs install just fine.

  Windows 10
  2x Nvidia GTX 980Ti – SLI
  i7-5820k

  Im not sure if those specs help or not. If more is needed i can provide them.
  Any help or questions to resolve the situation are greatly appreciated.
