Window>Extensions Greyed Out

Hey Guys,

I’m trying to use the pluraleyes plugin for CS6. The pluraleyes website told me to access the plugin once installed, I need to go to Window>Extensions. When I try to go to this, the option is greyed out. I have the full version of premiere pro cs6.

I had the same issue and found that you have to download more software from Singular to make it work. Follow the instructions on here and download the item in step one after you have plural eyes installed.

They seem to have taken the link down at the Singular site to download Connector. I can’t find it at the Red Giant site either. Anybody know where it moved to? Is it right in front of me and I’m missing it?

I had the same problem with cs6….and finally I tried a stupid way, that is to follow the cs5 method, exporting a XML file and opening it in PulralEyes.
And it’s done.

You have to install “PluralEyes 3 Connector for Premiere Pro” for the feature to be visible inside Premiere

Connector is an Extension for Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 that makes it easy to use PluralEyes with Premiere Pro. Note that in order to use Connector, you must already have installed PluralEyes for Premiere Pro.

Download
If you haven’t already installed the latest PluralEyes for Premiere Pro, download and install it.
The connector file is located within the Extras folder of the downloaded zip file that contains the all the PluralEyes installers. The same extension file works for both Windows and OS X.

Install
Start the Adobe Extension Manager
Select Install and choose the file PluralEyes 2 Connector for Premiere Pro.zxp

Use
Start Premiere Pro
Set up the sequence you want to sync
Select the menu item Window > Extensions > PluralEyes
PluralEyes will start. Select the sequence to be synced, choose any sync options and press Sync.
When the sync is complete, press Exit
The synced sequence will be opened automatically in Premiere Pro

This doesn’t work for me and I followed the instructions exactly on the latest 3.5 build.
