  Win 7 Resolve 9.1 Dongle issue

  Hi All,
  I have a new HP z820 win 7 64bit which i am having difficulty getting any resolve dongle to work. No matter what i try i get a License error,
  from resolve log

  “—————- Checking License —————-

  ATTENTION: Unable to read license dongle (Error opening license dongle [0x-1609564159])
  ——————————————————————————–
  ——————————————————————————–
  Please check that you have a valid Resolve license dongle connected.”

  I have already returned one dongle to Black Magic and am having the same issue with the Replacement.
  I am getting the usb device attached bing when i insert the dongle.
  It also shows up in device manager under HID devices.
  All other usb devices i have tried show up such as usb camera, thumb drive, keyboard and mouse.
  I have also uninstalled usb root devices in device manager and rebooted.
  i have tested resolve lite and it works no problem. I have tried the dongle in various other machines including a z800 and it also gave the same license error on boot. But i am reluctant to believe that 2 dongles in a row are faulty.
  Any ideas ? thanks in advance
