This is important to us who want to critically monitor images off of LCD monitors over DVI or mini Display port.

I know that Microsoft’s Windows 7 does have full OS support of 10, 12. and 16 bit color resolutions so that you can install/use the ever more powerful GFX cards and monitors (like the HP Dreamcolor) with W7 and get much better color depth.

Will 10.6 have this support built into Core Image? How about HDR images?

    Thanks in advance.

Well Apple has NOT said so NOBODY knows.

    Sorry.

There are no “technical solutions” to your “artistic problems”.
Don’t let technology get in the way of your creativity!

Well, I’m thinking that some developers in the loop might know with all the Betas going out lately. Maybe I should post on the developer site (which I otherwise don’t really have much to contribute to).

    Thanks,
