  • Will not render in 1080 or 720.. why?

Ok here is the situation I am having…

I filmed a wedding with my Sony FX7 in 1080i 16:9 and I edited using the HD 1080p30. On the preview screens it fills the screen perfectly, however when I render it for online viewing it looks like this (see picture below) My rendering or I guess it’s Export settings are QuickTime HD720p video codec is H.264..

I can not seem to figure out why it keeps looking like it’s in 4:3 playing on a 16:9 screen? I have tried every setting they have and still no effect. Is there some other setting I’m missing? or what else can it be? Any help will be much appreciated.

    Thanks
    Paul

Can you post a screen shot of your timeline and the program monitor?

Also, your system specs might be helpful.
