Will Multibridge solve my upconvert problem?
I need to inexpensively upconvert 525 SDI to HD 23Psf. I usually take rough cuts and lay them off to a DDR so the colorist has instant access to the spots when he coloring off a telecine in hd. Most of the converters I’ve seen only do 525 to 1080I or to 720P. I need one that does the cross convert as well.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Check out the Teranex Mini. It is available in a variety of configurations at a much lower price point than their previous products.

Hi Tom,
The Multibridge does not (currently) provide upconversion. We should soon be releasing the update for down conversion. I don’t think we’ve advertized upconversion but it’s something we would like to do so we’ll probably take a look at it in the New Year.
