Will Media 100 i V8.2.3 work on my machine?
Is the compatible peripherals guide updated to reflect the new release? I run a Quicksilver 2002 Dual G4 and the guide says that v.8.2.1 is the highest version Media 100 I can run — although I have been running v.8.2.2 for a long time. Can I run the new v.8.2.3?

Are you running 10.3.9? I’m running 10.3.9 on my dual 500 G4. I plan to dive into 8.2.3 today but I’m concerned about not running 10.4 or QT 7 with 8.2.3. I love SW so I’m hoping this upgrade will make the digitizing/editing process less convoluted. we’ll see if it works.

It works on my G4 dual 500, OS 10.3.9- didn’t have to punch in any registration code.

I’ve been away and just got back to the forum. Thanks for being the test pilot on this! I’ll give it a try.
