  Will any Sony DVD dual layer DVD recorder do?

  I’ve bought a fast dual-layer Sony DVD burner (DWQ28A10 IDE) to speed up the DVD burning process.

  I’d like to install in my 1st gen dual 2ghz G5 with 10.2.4, but I can also install it on a networked PC to burn images from.

  Will it work with the Mac?
