When I apply the wiggle – position effect to a video, and keyframe the frequency from, for example, 2 to 30, it doesn’t go gradually. Instead it seems to switch to 30 in one frame, which doesn’t look like what I want at all. I remember it working perfectly in the past, but now it behaves very strangely.
By the way, I’m using After Effects CS5.5
Does anyone know how to fix this? What could I be doing wrong?

Hi Sander, try moving your Current Time Indicator along slowly and stop often – check the Wiggle Speed in your effect settings is increasing evenly. Going from something like 2 to 30 in a short amount of time might be your issue?

Thanks for responding! The problem seems to have fixed itself, it does exactly what I want again now. Must have been some kind of bug in after effects..
