Wiggle Frame Rate in Posterize Time Effect
I need a low frame rate effect with a slight bit of randomness. Something like Posterize time wiggling between 2 and 12 frames per second. Seems simple, but the frame rate parameter doesn’t play nice with the wiggle.

It would be annoyingly difficult to do with an expression, as you would have to know how many frames a certain value had perpetuated, requiring a for loop to look backwards. I would suggest doing this with hold keyframes on posterize time value.
