Wiggle an open path but anchor the end-points?

You will need more than 2 points for the behaviur you are trying to achieve .. the corner 2 points will be static and the remaining points in the middle will wiggle ..

It helps you to attach mask points to any 2 dimensional property .. so you can link the points in the middle to any animated property and leave the corner points static.
