    Hi all,

I’m getting a new LCD display monitor. But I have a problem deciding between a normal monitor or a widescreen one which supports 1440 x 900. If I worked on a widescreen monitor, does it mean I would get extra workspace to place my timeline, comp window etc? Another thing, would it distort the videos/images I’m working on if I switched to a smaller resolution, ie. 1024 x 768?

    Thanks
    myx

i got a 1400 by 1050 display and i think the bigger the screen size the better, it wont move anything around, but you will have a lot more room to work with, i changed the settings to see if any damage would occur, but nothing at all, the bigger the screen the better.
