  Wide eye issue

  Hi All:
  I just purchased a .6 (Century) wide eye adaptor for my 100. I used it on a shot this weekend, but it would not release from the lens. In short the whole lens twisted off. The camera is 2 years old. Where can I get it fixed or looked at in the NYC area. Thanks for your input!
