Hey all. I’m new to this forum… Don’t know if this was discussed… I’m looking to purchase a full zoom through wide angle adapter for my HVX 200. The only one I found was the hdv 75x-82 from 16 x 9. And that doesn’t include a lense hood. It’s just too pricey for my budget right now. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks again…

Century Optics has a .75x that is zoom through – https://www.schneideroptics.com/Ecommerce/CatalogItemDetail.aspx?CID=1074&IID=864 but it is over $1200, there is no cheap lens for this. They have a much cheaper one but it does not allow zooming and it is still close to $500.

This lens adapters can be rented if you just need them for a project every now and then.

I have the Century Wide Angle – and it is excellent and heavy!

Hey, Thanks for the reply. How much are you looking to sell for? I’m hoping for a zoom through adapter, but may consider the century adapter.

I am actually not looking to sell it at the moment….

I use it almost all the time I use my HVX-200.

If I did sell it – I would sell it for more than $900, as it would cost that much to get
another one when I needed it the next week after selling it 😉
