  why “reverse speed” is greyed out?

  Hi,
  I want to reverse the speed of some clip. In the last versions it could be done easy by checking the box of reverse clip (thru right click on the clip-> speed-> reverse speed.
  When I try to do it on CS4 the box exists but it is greyed out (toghether with the ‘maintain audio pitch’ and the percentage). How come?
  does anybody knows why?
