Why isn’t there a FCP Easy Setup for 720P30
I have a Blackmagic Decklink HDPro that I use with Final Cut Pro. I normally work with DVCPRO 720P60 varicam material and use the blackmagic Easy Setup provided. Now I’m doing a series that was shot in 720P30 – but there is no Easy Setup for it and seemingly no way to ingest thru the Blackmagic Card. I see there is an Easy Setup for 720P24 as well as 720P60, but nothing for 720P30 – why?

can you make your own easy setup in fcp. or does it not let you pick 720p 30?

It turns out you can make an easy setup for DVCPRO 720P29.97 by modifying the 720P59.94 easy setup – but I was just curious as to why the omission from blackmagic – they had every other variation possible and 30FPS was an original option from Panasonic so it just seemed strange that they would omit this one setting.
