  • Why is the black in my fill palette not completely black?

When I create a new illustrator artboard, I select RGB as the color mode. Then, in the appearance box there is a fill box which when clicked, pops up a color palette. In this palette is a “black” color that is RGB value 35,31,32. Why isn’t it 0,0,0?
I’m worry other colors may also be labeled incorrectly. Is this a CMYK palette? If so, how can I get a RGB palette?
