Why does the preview go back to the start when i play it?
I downloaded Adobe After Effects 1 day ago to add effects to my montage, Ive done the montage in Sony Vegas but with no effects because i want to add effects from After Effects. When i press the play button in the preview window the video plays and everything is normal until i think like 30 seconds the video goes back to the start of the timeline and plays from the start. i searched on every site in google, Litterely every site… and still cant find a fix. Please if you know what is the problem help me fix it.
BTW im using Adobe After Effects CC 2017 -

It might be the composition settings, you can fix it by going to composition at the top left, clicking on it, click composition settings go to duration and change it (I put it to 5 mins then when I’m done with my edits that are less the 5 mins long I change it to the exact time the edit ends in the timeline then render it.

Its very simple .. I also faced the same problem . You just simply click the reset button here . Problem solved. ☺
