    So I am working on a web video for work. I do my basic edits in premiere and then export it. I watch it in QuickTime to make sure every looks good, and it does. Then I bring it in After Effects (cs3) to do my effects and more advanced color correction and it seems to lose a bunch of quality, just by importing it! I then render it and it still looks sort of bad, what

    Oh, i am exporting a quicktime, Best setting, 720-540 sq pixels and maximum bit depth

    best quality – but you don’t tell us which codec. It makes a HUGE difference!

    For example, Best quality on the Sorenson 3 Codec is still lossy. Best quality for Animation Compression is lossless.
